This is Wessex Spirits’s baby. The first gin I ever produced. Inspired by my mum’s sloe gin I wanted to create something completely different but using the same processes. So after a lot of sampling (hic!) Test Valley Gin; a herb infused gin,  was born. A true family affair the first year of it’s life it was made at my Grandad’s house before moving to its current home in Andover.

This is a fresh and savoury gin best served over lots of ice, with Fever-tree Indian Tonic Water and a handful of fresh thyme. Better still serve in a Martini. Check out this link to see how I make mine (Great Grandpa’s vintage cocktail shaker not essential!)
