Inspired by the city’s beautiful cathedral spire and the support from the people this gin is handcrafted a few miles from the city centre. It is infused with natural lemon verbena; no sugar and no nasties. A light and citrusy gin which is best served with Fever-tree tonic, lots of ice and a slice of pink grapefruit or orange. It also makes a rather fabulous Tom Collins. The beautiful bottle is also rather fabulous to keep and repurpose.
